There was a point in my life when everything fell apart. This book is an account of what followed.

What began as an attempt to change my life became a process of seeing the beliefs that were living within me.

It explores how those beliefs formed, how they shaped my experience, and how my life completely shifted once they were seen clearly.

It is not a story about finding answers. It is a story about seeing what was already there.
